In June 2012 it was concluded the most extensive work of street lighting with LED in the country with about 9 km long.
The lighting was implemented on the seawall and promenade of Avenida Beira-Mar North of Florianópolis / SC, and 361 were implanted with decorative poles nautical motif and fitted LED fixtures.
The work was performed by SQE-LUZ consortium in which SADENCO empersa is one of the members for the City of Florianópolis.
The stage of the Volvo Ocean Race Itajaí, nautical biggest sporting event in the world, took place from 04 to 22/04/2012. The SADENCO Engineering participated in the infrastructure of the Race Village in Itajai, having executed electrical installations and lighting.
The consortium SADENCO – MERCÚRIO concluded the efficiency of 80,500 units of public lighting according to the contract signed in the event the Municipality of Porto Alegre on 04/04/2012. The efficiency of the lighting system improved the level of illumination of the streets of Porto Alegre, with 40% reduction in electricity consumption.
All units were exchanged eficientizadas the fixtures and light bulbs for lamps high yield and high efficiency lamps.
The program efficiency of the lighting system of Porto Alegre was one of the largest ever deployed in the history of public lighting in Brazil.
The church of Our Lady of Grace in San Francisco do Sul / SC, was the first building to receive tomabado IPHAN accent lighting with LED. The inauguration took place in the month of July 2012. TOF Light consortium which was part Sadenco, performed the work for the PM.
