In August 2016 SADENCO Engineering concluded the new accent lighting with main LED projectors postcard Itajaí, the Church of the Blessed Sacrament. This imposing piece of architecture was designed by German architect Simon Gramlich, it took 15 years to complete and was opened in 1955.
The new lighting is made through 253 projectors with LED technology, and has RGB system with programming scenarios with thousands of colors, static or kinetic, enabling visual communication with the city to mark important events. The new LED projectors provide a reduction in power consumption of approximately 60%, compared to the previous system with discharge lamps, and have no harmful materials in its composition to the environment, contributing to reduction of greenhouse gases.
The SADENCO Engineering concluded this May the second stage of underground distribution network of electricity and telecom from central Joinville. At this stage the following streets were covered: Princes Street, Street Nine March, Rua Eng Niemeyer, Rua Luiz Niemeyer, Dr. Lobo Marinho Rua, Rua Padre Carlos, San Joaquin Street, Street Jacob Richilin and Rua Comandante Engenio Lepper..
The investment of the State of Santa Catarina, through CELESC Distribution SA, reached R $ 8.2 million. In addition to the replacement of the underground network, public parks received 152 decorative poles with light fixtures with LED technology. The resources invested by the city in new lighting municipality were approximately R $ 1 million. The LED lighting fixtures provided great improvement of visual perception in this way, by issuing white light with high color rendering index, which contributed to improved safety, beautification and humanization of the city and reduce by more 50% electricity consumption of public lighting.
The SADENCO Engineering recently completed the lighting of the high-level athletics track for international competitions and BMX track in the city of Itajaí.
The sports complex lighting system consists of 6 towers of 20 meters useful height with platform, and 60 high-performance projectors containing metal halide lamp 2000 W. The average illuminance obtained was greater than 300 lux and uniformity was 0 66, which will allow for international competitions also at night. The municipality has invested almost R $ 1 million reais in new lighting system, and the population now has sports equipment international level for sports also at night.
The SADENCO Engineering is part of the consortium ORLA MORE HAPPY, responsible for the works of underground electrical power distribution networks and the lighting of the new Urban Park of Porto Alegre.
The ORLA MORE HAPPY consortium was hired by the City Municipality of Porto Alegre – RS, through the International Competition No. 002.081000.15.4, and is formed by the companies PROCON construction Industry and Trade Ltd., SADENCO South American Engenharia e Comércio Ltda.. and S. H. Steel Structures Ltda.
The revitalization of the first stage, the plant section between the Gasometer and the patella of Gourds, has about 1.3 km long.
The work is funded by the Andean Development Corporation (CAF), a World Bank agency, and is budgeted at R $ 60.6 million.
The project includes rides, bike path, dock, decks, bars and restaurants, including a floating over the Guaíba, and has forecast completion of the works in April 2017.
